Refund policy
Returns: All sale, close out, and discounted items are final sale only. Return policy applies to online orders only. All online items are accepted within 10 days of receiving. All returned items must include tags and be free from perfume, unworn, unwashed and be undamaged. Market Street North has the right to decline the return upon inspection.
Many products are handmade and will have imperfections and color variations. This is a natural result of the hand making process and is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when purchasing.
To return a product(s), please include your order number, name, email, and address and return to the address below with "Attention: Returns" and your reason for returning. Market Street North does not cover return shipping at this time.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file, within 3 days of receipt of item in acceptable condition. Credit card fees charged to Market Street North, will be deducted from the final return amount.
Damaged Items: Damage claims are to be filed with the delivery carrier. Market Street North is not responsible for any damages or lost products that occur during shipping under any circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for any items that arrive broken or are lost. We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure you are receiving only the highest quality products. If any item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, we ask that you please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Keep all packing materials, including the box, in order to file the claim with the carrier.
